Hello friends!

I hope you are all doing so so well.
As you can see, I have not been posting a lot lately. Things are getting totally crazy and busy in my life currently. Quite honestly, I have not been very motivated or inspired to post lately.
Right now, things are starting to settle down again and before I jump right back into posting, I want to get organized and plan for this blog.

So just a quick little catch up for you, I am doing well. I am taking a little break from posting here for a while. I will definitely do something for Blogmas, but do not expect a post everyday as I have in previous years! BUT I will definitely be back in the new year.

Lots and lots of peace and love to you,

I know, I know. It has been ages since I've published a Yinspiration Monday let alone post! I am so sorry! My websites (yes, plural) are all currently going through some changes as well as some rebranding on some and extra projects on others. It has been quite busy on my end and on top of that I have been working full time and going through training for promotion (yay!). While all of these are great things, this means I have not had a lot of time. BUT without further ado... here is your yinspiration. <3

We Were Liars by E. Lockhart
242 pages.
Publisher: Delacorte Press

We Were Liars is a young adult fiction novel about a girl (Cadence) who suffers from terrible migraines and memory loss because of a freak accident that happened in Summer 15 (when she was 15 years old). The story brings us through her life post accident and her thought process as she remembers and piece together what happened that summer.

It is haunting and suspenseful in the most sophisticated way possible. It was hard to relate in the beginning as Cadence comes from a distinguished, rich, "perfect" family but the story is captivating. I am a person who enjoys discovering different writing styles and the unique voice of an author. The book is poetic and may not be a book to read for certain readers because of this unique writing style. I read it in a few short days, it was a fast read and different from what I have ever experienced.
